I had a minor issue with my order and it took a little back and forth with support, but they did get it sorted in the end. For me, that matters more than everything going perfectly the first time, so I’m happy with how it turned out

I’m happy with how these turned out! Most of the seeds popped without any trouble, and while a few took a bit longer, they still came through in the end. Overall, a really positive experience.

I went with seedolab.com mostly because the pricing seemed a bit better than a few other sites I looked at. I wouldn’t say it was the absolute cheapest out there, but for what I needed, it felt roughly in the right range.

I’d probably give it around 4 stars since I still had to spend some time comparing the little details myself, which was a bit of a hassle. But overall, the value seemed solid enough, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid.

The replacement did arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the whole refund process was way slower than I expected. The wording made it sound like it would be handled quickly, which was misleading. It ended up being okay overall, just kind of frustrating waiting around.

I was expecting the package to be more discreet, but you could kind of tell what it was right away. It made me wonder a bit about the overall quality and care put into the order

Checkout was mostly easy. I was on my phone, found what I needed, added it to the cart. No weird page issues or anything. The cart loaded fine, which is half the battle sometimes.
Payment went through without drama. No random error message, no having to retype everything. I liked that the shipping and taxes showed up before I hit pay too. Just straightforward. No surprise total at the end.
The only thing was the buttons during checkout felt a little slow. Like I tapped and then kind of paused, wondering if it actually registered. It did, eventually. So yeah, good experience overall, just not quite perfect.

The order tracking did work, but the updates felt kind of slow at times. I ended up getting my package, so no real issue there, but I wish it gave clearer info while it was on the way. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a pickle straight from the jar, and it still hadn’t updated. Overall, it was okay, just not as detailed as I would’ve liked.

I actually ordered this over two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my package. The tracking has barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to wait. It’s really frustrating.

Support took a while to get back to me, which was a little annoying tbh. But once they replied, they did help out and got my issue fixed, so it ended fine overal.

I got all the way to the payment step, but something about it didn’t feel as secure as what I’m used to on other websites. Maybe everything is totally fine, but compared to checkout pages that clearly show security badges or explain how payment info is protected, this one didn’t give me enough confidence. I ended up backing out before entering my card details. I’d probably feel better if there was clearer security info right on the payment page.

I found a discount quickly and it saved me a little money, which was more helpful than I expected. Always refreshing when something actually works without making you jump through a million hoops.
